Business Development Manager

We are seeking a charismatic sales professional to help grow our client base. This opportunity is for a driven individual who is enthusiastic about operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers to sell Imprint Plus products within the assigned accounts or vertical markets and according to annual sales plans and goals.
  • Manage leads and opportunities funnel within CRM and meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver quotes and bids within margin threshold targets.
  • Responsible for increasing Imprint Plus brand presence within specified accounts or vertical markets assigned through sales and marketing activities (e.g., Trade shows, webinars, sponsored events).
  • Actively participate in sales team meetings, one to one, marketing meetings and report progress, analyze accounts and provide recommendations to improve sales activities.
  • Responsible for participating within the prescribed sales processes and updating and maintaining all customer data and sales activity progress within the CRM.
  • Actively receive, respond, and manage customer concerns and requests within Imprint Plus service standards.
  • This role will be primarily focused on obtaining and developing current opportunities in Imprint Plus core target markets and vertical industries and will be reporting to the Sales Manager. Other tasks include:
    • Create and execute strategic account expansion plans.
    • Help identify emerging market and customer trends and opportunities.
    • Develop new and existing customer relationships by promoting company products and services through a variety of means including but not limited to cold and warm calling.
    • Support growth and profit expectations.
    • Enable differentiation in the marketplace.

Skills

  • Ability to close sales directly.
  • Able to investigate, qualify and source new leads.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Organizational, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel is required.
  • Able to host virtual meetings utilizing various programs.
  • Fluent with social media platforms
  • User experience level with CRM software; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Ability to articulate data presentation on multiple platforms including static worksheets, charts, and graphics.
  • Independent, self-starter with excellent time management
  • Dedicated to results.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years sales experience minimum
  • 3 + years industry related.
  • A strong background in successful sales / sales management
  • Experience in strategic growth planning and execution.

Compensation

  • Competitive pay structure with base salary and commission on generating new business with opportunities to make $80,000+ a year.
